3.10 номинальная базовая мощность (base load rated output): Проектная или гарантированная мощность новой и чистой ГТУ, когда она работает в установленных условиях, при расчетной температуре газа в турбине на базовом режиме (или при других ограничениях, заданных изготовителем).
Примечание - Под «новой и чистой» понимается такая ГТУ, все детали которой, оказывающие влияние на ее характеристики, соответствуют конструкторской документации.
